All quotations are based on the understanding of your requirements
Acceptance of a proposal (email, payment, or confirmation) = agreement to these terms
Any changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide clear requirements before the project starts
Share all content (logos, text, assets) on time
Give timely feedback and approvals
Delays from your side may:
Extend timelines
Increase project cost
3. Revisions & Changes
Limited revisions are included (as per proposal)
Major changes after approval = additional cost
Rework on completed tasks will be billed separately
4. Timelines
We aim to meet timelines, but delays may occur due to:
Client-side delays
Changes in requirements
Third-party dependencies
We are not liable for delays caused by these factors.
5. Payments
Projects require advance payment to begin
Milestones must be paid on time
Final delivery is subject to full payment
Late payments may result in:
Work pause
Additional charges
6. Refund Policy
No refunds once work has started
Partial refunds may be considered before work begins
7. Intellectual Property
Before payment:
All work belongs to Handle By Waves
After full payment:
Final deliverables belong to client
We retain rights to showcase in portfolio
We do not transfer:
Raw files unless agreed
Internal processes or strategies
8. Third-Party Services
We may use:
Google Analytics
We are not responsible for:
Platform changes
Algorithm updates
Third-party failures
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Business losses
Revenue impact
Indirect damages
All services are provided “as is” without guaranteed results.
10. Website Usage
You must not:
Copy website content
Attempt hacking or misuse
Violation may result in restricted access.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Payments are not made
Terms are violated
Misconduct occurs
